Dropship automation
Every dropship order from ShipStation to a confirmed carrier pickup, without the morning of hand work.
The problem
- Labels bought one at a time, each retailer wanting its own packing slip, pick tickets matched by hand.
- Orders shipped against stock the warehouse cannot find, then cancelled or shipped late.
- Duplicate and resent purchase orders that look brand new.
- A label bought for a parcel the carrier never collects, which looks shipped on paper.
What it does
- A morning run buys every label, prints each retailer's packing slip, pulls the ApparelMagic pick tickets and sends the warehouse one bundle with a bulk pull list.
- Each line is checked against your dropship stock before a label is bought. Short orders are held, and the warehouse confirms from a link.
- Duplicate purchase orders are caught and held before they reach the floor.
- Real pickup dates from UPS and FedEx are written back to ApparelMagic.
- An afternoon batch picks up whatever arrived after the morning on busy days.
